Returns
Applicable to individual returns: General terms
All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, intact and protected, to avoid stickers, seals, or tape being directly adhered to the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, customaday.com reserves the right to refuse returns.
Once your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on returning the product to our office. You should send the goods to us within a maximum of 14 natural days after notifying us of your intention to exercise your right, without delay.
The cost of transportation caused by returns will be borne by you. You are free to choose and find the courier company that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive prices. You can also deliver the goods to our facility in person.
Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of their perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment you received, including the delivery fee, but excluding any additional costs incurred due to your choice of delivery method other than the lowest cost regular delivery method we provide.
Sometimes, shipping companies may return orders that cannot be delivered to our facility because the recipient's address is not at the specified mailing address on the parcel or the mailing address is incorrect, and the recipient cannot be contacted in any way. In this case, our company will notify the user of the issue so that the correct mailing address can be confirmed and re-arranged for shipment, with the cost borne by the customer. If the user does not respond to our notification, we will hold the parcel at our facility for up to 6 months. After this period, the parcel will be destroyed.
In some orders, the purchased products may be placed in boxes or packaging. This packaging is provided to better protect and display the products but is not included in the product price. Therefore, if the packaging is damaged or defective, we will not replace or refund it.
Returns for Distributors
Only unopened and undamaged materials will be accepted for return within 30 natural days of receipt. Such returns will be processed as commercial returns because there are no legal provisions for return rights between companies, and these procedures are subject to the conditions of customaday.com. These conditions do not affect warranty or replacement rights due to product defects.
If any abnormalities are found in the returned products, customaday.com reserves the right to refuse returns.
Returns for Personalized Products
Since most of the products on customaday.com are personalized, we would like to specifically explain the terms for such goods in our general purchase conditions. Goods customized according to customer requirements or clearly made according to customer demands are not subject to return rights. Return rights also do not apply if product defects are due to incorrect usage.
This return policy does not apply in cases where product defects are caused by errors or defects from customaday.com. In such cases, our company promises to replace defective products with equivalent ones in the shortest time possible. We will also bear the costs of return and reshipment. If replacement of the product is not possible, a refund will be made.
If product defects are caused by errors from customaday.com, we will repair, replace, discount, or terminate the contract, all free of charge to the consumer and user.
If the user, as a buyer, makes a mistake in choosing size, color, or any options for the product, the user will bear the return shipping costs to our office.
Returns will not be accepted if the packaging is damaged. Its purpose is to protect the product during transportation. Only personalized products themselves have coverage for returns or replacements if they meet the conditions (such as printing errors, manufacturing, etc.).
Personalized products are manufactured based on images and/or texts provided by the user, with the same position, quality, resolution, and size. The user is responsible for ensuring that the images or texts sent when placing the order meet the requirements for correct manufacturing. If you have any doubts about the minimum requirements, please contact us.
customaday.com will not be responsible for any differences in color or resolution between the original image and the product image provided, which is due to the poor quality of the original image file. Complaints based on aesthetic reasons are not valid reasons for returns.
